Nadia Mika has worked in hospitality for 20 years and is a chef by trade. Her family used to buy cheesecakes for gatherings but they were never up to scratch, so Nadia started experimenting with her own. It was the one she made for her Nan that planted the seed for her business, @lucasyumyums (named after her daughter) “Luca looks like Nan, so it’s like having her here in my business every day. Cheesecakes are only the start – I can’t wait to start recreating all Nan’s old recipes with my own modern twist. Whole cakes, flavour packs – simply stunning.
