From one set of tools to another, Hayden Stewart exchanged over twenty years of the culinary trade of Knives and tongs for a keyboard and mouse. Coming from a chef background of running kitchens and creating recipes. He is now the kitchen program coordinator helping to run and schedule the core program, bringing skills of product development and production organisation to the food entrepreneur incubator.
Previously a student of the programme, Hayden is able to bring some lived experience of starting up a food business in Tamaki Makaurau. “I would never have had the gumption to start a dream of a food business, if it wasn’t for the help of the Kitchen Project”.
